I love working with people who are teachable, keen to learn and rock some amazing outcomes. My coaching style is hands-on, so strap in and let's do this together!

Our First Property
Our first property purchase on the Sunshine Coast in 2002. New 4brm house. We were so excited! We still have this property today which helped springboard our start in property and business.
In the Tallest Building
Off the plan purchase also in 2002. This was a 4 year project. Secured with a deposit bond, so no money down while riding the growth and excitement of seeing it come together. Since sold to do other projects.
Land + Construction
This is a house and land project close to Melbourne and built 2 x houses. This one we kept as it's on a decent block of land and is opposite a park. Great for families who rent it.
Renovations
This property was featured on the front page of a real estate magazine. An amazing outcome - but holy moly was a roller coaster and one of the biggest learning experiences so far...!

Working hard
I've only ever taken my laptop to the pool once, in Thailand. I got some work done, but the light was way too bright, so I say leave the laptop at home!
A bit more about Annette
Hobbies
I love the great outdoors and adventure. Clear blue waters and green space is my happy place! Hiking, swimming, cycling and skiing are my top outdoor go-to's. Yoga and Meditation keep me grounded and tuned into my real purpose during this short time here. I like the simple things in life and enjoy connecting with like-minded people who aren't afraid to explore new places, concepts and topics.
Background
Born and raised in England, I travelled to New Zealand at age 23. I went from the Northern meeting of the oceans to the South and worked in all sorts of jobs along the way, fruit picking, farm work to hostel cook and office work for a delicious cake company. Once my bungy jump was complete (took a little persuading) I landed in Sydney and extended my trip for another year. During that year I met my now husband, Andrew.
Development
Together with Andrew, we sought out various courses and mentors to help us grow personally and to build a solid financial foundation for our future. We bought our first property a year later on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. The property performed so well that within 18 months we were able to tap into the equity. This allowed us to invest into more property and set up our Finance Broking business in 2003, where we helped hundreds of clients grow their property portfolios.
Lifestyle
Seeking a more chilled lifestyle after the hustle and bustle of living and working in Sydney for 10 years, we made the move to QLD in 2012. We now live on the beautiful Southern Gold Coast on 1.5acres, views of the ocean and an abundance of wildlife right on our doorstep.
